Eileen Kerlin Walsh

Eileen Kerlin Walsh A native of Ireland, Eileen Kerlin Walsh is a graduate of Queens University Belfast, DePaul University Chicago and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Eileen established her own practice in 2002. Prior to that, she worked in private civil practice. She began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney for the both the Will County and Cook County Public Defender Offices.

Eileen practices in the areas of Condominium Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Probate. In recent years Eileen has worked closely with Alan L. Wischhover as an associate in the representation of 70 plus Condominium Associations, Co-ops, Townhome Associations and Residential associations. Eileen employs her excellent skills in mediation and negotiation to halt disputes within Associations, often preventing expensive litigation.

Eileen also practices in the area of civil litigation and corporate law. Eileen is a regular contributor on legal affairs for PHTV Channel 4.

Eileen currently serves on the Planning and Development Board of the Irish American Heritage Center on Chicago. Eileen lectures in Law at Moraine Valley Community College, Palos Hill, Illinois. Eileen is also a Motivation Speaker and is married with four young boys.
